Wonderful Cafe that handles Gluten Free (Celiac) right. It's the place my kids asked to go back to most over our time in LA. The foods great too.

Been on Ocean Park forever, great food, fun atmosphere, always busy, but worth the wait. We had waffles and chiliqulies for lunch. Delicious!

Yummy place. I had the hangover plate, which has sweet and savory. Perfect for breakfast - even if you don't have a hangover. Prices are reasonable and the staff was super friendly. Would visit again!

Fairly priced for the amount of food. Liked the gravy on the biscuits and gravy. I had the Hangover which was eggs with chorizo, 2 large pancakes, bacon, and one biscuit with gravy.

Their special is very tasty only $7.99. Except they make up $$ on the cup of regular coffee $4.00 I think is over charge. But the food and service was very good.

Pretty much the definition of 3/5 stars. Food was all fine tasting, and approximately 2x as expensive as is should be. If I'm paying $11+tax for two slices of unadorned French toast, I feel like at least supplying actual maple syrup would be nice. Staff was super chill tho and the coffee is solid.

I had the carne asada sandwich and had bites of the pancakes and I would recommend both. The carne asada is full of flavor and the bread (challah) it comes on is awesome. As for the pancakes, they are pretty airy and HUGE. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Total neighborhood gem for everyone to enjoy! Great food and service. Servers are super attentive and friendly. The food was extremely fresh. My eggs were prepared the way I like them. The oatmeal was served with fresh fruit. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Have a meal at the bar, booth or outside. I will definitely be back again soon. Thanks OP Cafe!

I came with a wonderful friend of mine to have Sunday Brunch. She had told me a lot about this place, and I was looking forward to eating here. It was quite full when we first got there, and I quickly realized it was a dog-friendly area, which made me smile a lot.

I was excited to try this self proclaimed "hidden gem" unfortunately I had some mediocre disappointing service by the staff. Ordered the huevos rancheros with carne asada topping and my friend ordered the french toast with banana nut topping.The huevos rancheros had delicious flavors, the meat was juicy, tender and flavorful. The eggs were a little over cooked but still complimented the meat very well. The banana nut french toast, definitely do not order unless you want to eat stale card board. No egg to keep moist, no flavor, the roasted walnuts were burnt banana was overly ripe. Upon expressing my complaint, one of the servers took my plate back, I presumed to notify my server. The only response i got was, "here is 10% off the french toast". Im no service expert, but I wasn't asked what was wrong or if I would like to order something else. I walked out, still hungry and basically paid full price. Overall, huge disappointment, and I still have to find something to eat...

Ordered a hamburger medium rare to go with fries. When I got home there was no condiments on the burger nor on the side. When I took a bite the burger was raw as raw gets in the middle. The cheddar cheese I ordered was sprinkled on top like a taco and not even melted. Worst burger I’ve ever had. And for the price, just unacceptable. Not even worth calling to complain. I’ll never go back.

It definitely is a good atmosphere for brunch, and they don't mind if you sit around chatting after your meal if no one else needs the table. The breakfast burrito was great, but the potatoes were a little dry and the guac nothing special. Still, I'd go back.

Had a wonderful brunch, the food was delicious! I ordered the machaca breakfast and the pork was very tasy! Also the hot chocolate is on point!

I previously have OP Cafe rated 5 stars. This used to be my goto weekend spot for breakfast/brunch. I loved the bacon pancakes special. (2 pancakes with bacon bits, 2 eggs, country potatoes, and a half avocado). Sadly it seems the special is no longer offered on weekends! Bring it back please!

None of The menu items are priced right we all are higher. The food is good and they have outdoor seating. Although inside the place was packed on Sunday and had one person helping all the tables.

Food is pretty good, cute location. Pretty pricey for a breakfast place given other options.

Wonderful breakfast and brunch menu. The breakfast tacos were awesome. The house Diablo sauce has a real kick but is delicious, if you like your hot sauce that is. Also has many celiac safe gluten free options if you happen to be looking for someone who has that need. There is a bit of a wait on the weekend if you're a walk in.

Amazing food. The staff is super fun, friendly and helpful. Gluten free waffles are legit! Great atmosphere as well. Excited to try their sister resteraunts.

The food used to be very good not this time our food was cold and our home Fry's was not all the way cooked I don't think I will be going back anytime soon

Great place for breakfast!

The place is really small, but I love their breakfasts here. They have gluten free pancakes, and amazing breakfast tacos. Really some of the best breakfast tacos I have tasted. If you are alone, it is really nice to sit on the bar and either read a newspaper or get on your mobile an browse, while eating your breakfast. It is really relaxing.

Nice place only just architecture! Food not testy, coffee 4$. It’s very typical place nothing special. Juice in the package, potato not fresh... the food looks like the photo. judge for yourself... staff not friendly!

Very tasty food and good service. I had the machaca con huevos and it was both beautiful and tasty. It's difficult to find a good spot in Santa Monica that is both reasonably priced and well made. The have many good options and it's a cute place to sit and eat.

Delicious, plentiful made-to-order food! My granddaughters have Celiac disease, and the food was specifically made for their dietary needs.

Cute little cafe / restaurant in the neighborhood. Proportions are hearty, and it’s a comfortable spot to come by if you are having a hard time deciding what to get for breakfast or brunch.
